Summer is approaching and it is that time of the year we have all been waiting for. It is that time of the year, where you see these golden beauties everywhere. Yes, you are absolutely right, I am talking about the King of the fruits – The Mango.

This tropical goodness has stolen the hearts of many over centuries. It is one of the most craved fruits on this planet. This fruit’s sweet taste makes it a dessert by itself but there is so much more you can do with the mango.

Be it a lassi or an Icecream anything with mango in it gives an additional taste to the dish. There are so many regional and international dishes which include mango in them for that extra taste.
