Mexican Avocado Salad
Mexican Avocado salad is a veg recipe that has Avocado as the primary ingredient. It adds other healthy ingredients fo its preparation. It takes only a few minutes to get ready with this recipe to be served.
This salad can be prepared for those who like to eat chicken, fish or even prawns. They can use grilled chicken, fish or prawn in the salad. The chicken, fish or prawn can even be fried and used in the salad.
This salad used marinated tomatoes so as to get the flavor of the tomato in the recipe. This recipe will be easy to prepare for an evening snack in summer days. Because, in summer, no one wishes to go into the kitchen and turn on oven or stove to cook. So this recipe will make you a good time as a snack in the evening.

- Peeled avocados – 2
- Lettuce – 2 bib
- Onion – 1
- Ripe tomato – 2
- Lemon juice – 1
- Bell pepper – 1
- Chopped coriander – quarter cup
- extra virgin olive oil – 2 or 3 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
There are two ways to prepare this Mexican avocado salad. One is directly mixing up all the ingredients. First, we need to chop tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and avocados. Then mix all these in a bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and mix them thoroughly. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste and toss them. Get the recipe on a serving plate bedded with the 2 bib lettuce and sprinkle the chopped coriander on the salad.
The other one is also a simple procedure that takes just 2 – 3 minutes. Let’s get into the procedure.
Step 1: Take a serving plate and place the bib lettuce over the plate.
Step 2: Cut the tomatoes into wedges and arrange them on the serving plate with lettuce.
Step 3: Chop the onions and scatter them on the tomatoes.
Step 4: Cut the avocados in half and peel off its skin and take out the seeds. Place them in a processor bowl and add to it chopped onions, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, and a few drops of water (required quantity). Grind them until the mixture is smooth.
Step 5: Steam oil into dressing and pour the mixture over the salad and serve. You can sprinkle chopped coriander and pepper over the salad if need.
