Ingredients:

For red layer:

  • Frozen strawberries – 1/3 cup
  • frozen raspberries – 1/3 cup
  • frozen banana – 1/2
  • yogurt – 2 tablespoons
  • water – 1/3 cup

For orange layer:

  • Frozen mango – 1/2 cup
  • frozen banana – 1/2
  • orange – 1/4 cup
  • yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • water – 1/3 cup

For green layer:

  • Spinach – 1 handful
  • frozen banana – 1
  • yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • water – 1/3 cup

For blue layer:

  • Blue spirulina – 1 tablespoon
  • frozen pineapple – 1/2 cup
  • frozen banana – 1
  • yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • water – 1/3 cup

For magenta layer:

  • beet – 1/3 cup
  • frozen raspberries – 1/2 cup
  • frozen banana – 1/2
  • yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • water – 1/3 cup

Preparation:

  1. Place each set of ingredients in the blender to get that particular color.
  2. Blend them until smooth and take each of them into a bowl
  3. Take a popsicle mold and pour the colors into it one by one.
  4. After filling the popsicle mold with all the colors of layers, place the popsicle stick in the middle of it.
  5. Freeze the popsicles and serve cold.
