Milk (according to your need) – 1 cup

Cornstarch / potato starch – 1 tablespoon

Maple syrup – 1 pile tablespoon

Pink salt – a little bit

One egg / semi-large or medium-sized egg – 1

Butter – 1 tablespoon

Vanilla powder / vanilla essence- 1 tablespoon

To prepare raspberry sauce:

Brush / cooled raspberries-2 cups

Maple syrup – 1-2 tablespoon

How to prepare Vanilla Pudding with Raspberry Sauce

  • Mix salt with cornstarch in a bowl
  • Beat the egg in a separate bowl
  • Add milk and mix well. Then pour it into the pan. Add the maple syrup.
  • Now keep the bowl on the stove and start cooking on a moderate fire. Let the foams start bulging and cook until the mixture becomes hard.
  • Then take the bowl from stove and add the butter and vanilla essence.
  • Let it be some time aside. Stir well to prevent solid stone formation.
  • Then it should be poured into a separate pudding cups or glass bowls, cover each casing with a silver sheet and put it in the fridge.
  • Take a little pan and cook moderately raspberries until it becomes is soft.
  • Then add the sprinkled raspberries with the spoon and add it to the maple syrup. If the sauce is hot or cold, it will be delicious if you can have it on your choice. Yummy vanilla pudding with raspberry sauce is ready.

Note: If you think you need a lactose-free milk, you can use almond milk instead of cow’s milk.
