Even there are people who mostly get their stomach filled with only tea. But this small amount wouldn’t be enough to cause harm in any way. Regular drinking of black tea will keep you healthy until your last breath.

Ginger has been used as a herbal medicine and still, it is. This is a herbal beverage made from ginger roots. This is used in most of the Asian countries. Ginger or ginger tea is capable of getting out of nausea and other digestive problems. This is useful especially for pregnant women suffering from morning sickness.

You can have a cup of ginger tea after your regular exercise. Doing this will reduce muscle pains related to exercises as well as inflammation. Most of all, it tastes pretty good which makes you drink daily.

3. Hibiscus Tea:

Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea that is a tradition in most of the countries. It tastes cranberry flavor and anyhow sugar is added to taste. This tea contains Vitamin C and minerals and so is used as a mild medicine. The hibiscus tea is made with the leaves of the camellia Sinensis plant. It’s proved that there is a drop in blood pressure if it is consumed in regularly. It will also reduce the stress in the person. Hibiscus tea contains 15-30% organic acids, including citric acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid. This tea is characterized to appear in deep red color.

There is an ingredient in most detox teas that you should only really be taking in certain circumstances. These teas will mostly detox your dowel. It will also dehydrate you and detox out a bunch of important stuff, like electrolytes and healthy nutrients. These are which do more good inside your body. But, unfortunately, you won’t possibly get these out of detox tea.

2. Comfrey tea:

Confrey tea can help to promote the healing injuries. It can get you out of wounds, bruises, and even broken bones. It also helps in some digestive issues. But this isn’t good to all parts of a human body. This tea contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids which, when metabolized and consumed in sufficient quantities, can cause severe damage to the liver. Because of this risk, its sales has been banned in the US. So it should only be used to create creams and ointments.

3. Most Herbal Tea:

Apart from the ginger, hibiscus, and peppermint, other herbal teas are not good enough to consume. Herbal teas can be composed of any plant material that includes some toxic plants. These specific ingredients must be checked individually for health and safety. Most of the medicinal herbal teas could easily contain herbs that cause damage in large amounts when they are boiled for consumption. Until more studies have been done, the only information about most herbal teas comes from largely non-scientific or traditional medical sources.
