Veggie Egg Roll Recipe
I guarantee you they will taste generally as great fricasseed after solidified and you will never taste preferred egg roll over these. Figure out how to make egg roll at home!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Sesame oil or vegetable oil- 1tblspn
- Ginger -1 tspn
- Soya sauce -3 tblspn
- Cabbage- ½ cups (chopped)
- Carrot-3 (chopped)
- Onions -3 (Chopped)
- Capsicum (any color) -1
- Egg -2
- Egg Wrappers – as u needed (available at all stores)
- Break the eggs into the bowl. And beat well.
- Take a non-stick pan. Once it hot. Add ginger 1tspn, and then add the chopped vegetables and keep the flame high and cook it well.
- Keep it for 3mins and it is done, add 3 tbspn of soy sauce and add salt to taste and mix well. Take it off to the palate.
- Divide the mixture into required parts and put 1tsnp of egg yolk and spread over the egg wrapper and put the mixture in it and roll it.
- Keep the oil heat, put the roll one by one and deep fry it and take it off after it gets golden brown.
- And serve it with tomato ketchup. It’s so yummy to taste.
