Homemade Apple Jam Recipe for the Season
Nowadays everyone likes to have jam with most of the foods. Jam is one of the most favorites for kids. The jam sold in stores contains harmful ingredients such as artificial flavors and synthetic pigments. So instead of that, you can make an apple jam at your home easily. If it is kept in an airtight container, it will be there up to two months without getting spoiled. And you can also use it in your breakfast, like a good combination of bread and chapatis. Since apple jam has fiber, antioxidants and phoronids can help your body healthy and maintain good cholesterol levels. So this is the best recipe for kids.

Ingredients:
Apple – 2
Sugar – 1 cup
Lemon – 1/2
Fruit water – 1/2 cup
Preparation of Apple Jam
- Wash the apple well and peel off the skin and cut it into small pieces
- Put the pan on the stove for 1-2 minutes until it gets moderate heat.
- Add the slices of minced apple and add some water to that
- Cook it for 5-10 minutes and mash it.
- Then add sugar and stir well
- Then take a little jam and see if it is slippery on a tray.
- If the jam is not, add lemon juice and stir well and put the stove off.
- Now stir it well and transfer the jam to an airtight container.
Instructions
- Adding Lemon Juice is to stop apple jam get spoiled. So use it very less.
- Add 1 bowl of apple to 1 cup sugar. If necessary, add more sugar.
