Step 1: Sign in to your Gmail account.

Step 2: First send an email to one of your friends and check if the undo sent email is visible on the top of the email list after you tap on the send button. If not proceed with the below steps. Otherwise, you can directly click on “Undo” option on the top of the emails soon after sending an email.

Step 3: Tap on the gear button on the top-right corner of the screen in your Gmail account.

Step 4: Click on the “Settings” option from the drop-down menu

Step 5: Scroll down to see the “Undo Send” option. You will see a check box adjacent to Enable Undo Send. Check that box and set the time for send cancellation. You can set 5, 10, 20, and 30 seconds. This is the time period within which you have to tap on the “Undo” option to cancel sent email.

Step 6: Scroll down to last and tap on “Save changes”. Now you have set to cancel your sent email within a particular time period.

This is the easiest way to escape your bad revert on a wrong email sent to a wrong person. You can now Undo sent email from your Gmail account.
