Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies
Generally, we all love eating chocolates and cookies with choco-chips. Milk is the daily used item to drink coffee, tea or some others like Boost, Horlicks or any other malt powders. The Cookies made with these items are too delicious to eat. Whereas there is nothing junk kind items involved in this. Follow these to know the procedure to make these Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips (12 ounce)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup instant malted milk powder
- 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 3⁄4 cup golden brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons baking soda
Procedure
Step 1: Switch on your oven and let it heat for 375 degrees F.
Meanwhile we will prepare the cookies stuff.
Step 2: Initially, Cream the butter. Then add cream and sugar until it gets fluffy.
Step 3: Add eggs by beating it slightly.
Step 4: Add the vanilla and mix until it gets combined.
Step 5: Add the malted milk powder and beat till its mixed perfectly.
Step 6: Take a separate bowl and put salt, flour and baking soda together.
Step 7: Add to the butter mixture gently by beating until its just combined.
Step 8: Add the chocolate chips and gently stir it.
Step 9: Take an ungreased baking sheet and drop it by teaspoonfuls leaving some gap between the cookies.
Step 10: Bake it for 9 to 11 minutes.
Step 11: The cookies will be flat and chewy.
Step 12: Let it cool slightly before removing from pan with a spatula.
Step 13: Finally the cookies are ready to eat.
You can take 2 cookies for making an ice cream sandwich. Also, add sprinkles to the ice cream and combine those individually in plastic wrap.
