Americans drink an average of 399 servings of Coca-Cola products every year and 127.5 Classic Coke servings per person. This contains 39 grams of sugar per serving. This means an average American consumes 4.9 kilograms of sugar per year. This totally says that Americans consume around 1.7 tons of sugar per year.
