How do you turn off videos automatically playing on Facebook and Twitter?

AutoPlay – Twitter – Android
Step 1: First go to your profile picture on the left side of the Twitter page.
Step 2: Then you need to select Data in Settings.
Step 3: Next, select the Video AutoPlay in the Data-Page and click Never.
AutoPlay – Twitter – iOS
Step 1: First tap the Cog icon.
Step 2: Then you need to select Data in Settings.
Step 3: Next, select the Video AutoPlay in the Data-Page and click Never.
AutoPlay – Facebook – Android
Step 1: Tap the horizontal stripes icon, then scroll down and tap on the app settings.
Step 2: Tap on Video Auto Play
Step 3: You can choose the ‘Off’ option to stop the videos Autoplay or choose the ‘WiFi Only’ option(will play only when your phone is connected to wifi).

Step 1: Tap on the three horizontal stripes icon on the right-hand corner, next to the more option, and then scroll down to the account settings.
Step 2: Tap on the Videos and Photos Options. Then tap the Auto Play option.
Step 3: You can choose the Never Auto Play Video option or choose the ‘WiFi Only’ option
