Muesli with Apple Juice

If you are someone who prefers a breakfast steeped in the flavor of apples, you should try this one.

Ingredients:  ½ cup grated apple, 1 cup apple juice, ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt, one teaspoon honey

Method: Take the cup of muesli and add the apple juice to it. Next up, add the Greek yogurt, and top it off with loads of grated apple. Add the teaspoon of honey to the mix, and your highly nutritious and freshly made bowl of muesli is ready.

Chai Spice Almond Muesli

Method: Take the bowl of healthy muesli cereal and add all the sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds. Add cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger powder to the mix. Pour in the milk and top it with the honey. Sesame and Dried Banana Muesli

Ingredients: 1 cup muesli, 50g dried banana chips, two tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 cup milk, and ½ cup yogurt

Method: Take a baking tray and spread the muesli on it. Add the sesame seeds and bake for around 10 minutes until the mix starts to color. Take it out and let cool before adding the milk and yogurt with the sesame and the muesli in a bowl. On the top, add the dried banana chips as well as the honey. Nutty-Chocolaty Muesli

Ingredients: 1 cup muesli, a few chopped almonds and hazelnuts, 50g shredded coconut, 1 cup milk, and 200g grated chocolate.

Method: Take the muesli, shredded coconut, and the chopped nuts in a bowl. Add the cup of warmed milk to it. Then sprinkle the grated chocolate on top and calm your cravings as it melts into the mix.

Muesli with Blended Berries and Chia Seeds

Ingredients: 1 cup muesli, ½ cup chia seeds, 200g organic frozen berries, 1 ripe banana

Method: Use a blender to blend the banana and the frozen cherries until it gets smooth. Serve it in a bowl and top it with soaked muesli. Next up, add the soaked chia seeds, and your super-healthy bowl is ready!
