Lava Z91 with ‘Face Unlock’ launched in India, priced at Rs 9,999
Lava has launched a new budget smartphone – Lava Z91 in the Indian market. The Lava Z91 sports 18:9 display and face recognition features which claim that the phone can unlock in 0.7 seconds.
Lava Z91 also has a fingerprint scanner that can be used as a shortcut key to open apps using your five different fingerprints. The price for Lava Z91 in India has set at Rs. 9,999 and it will be available all over India by mid-April 2018. Moreover, the company already has four Z series smartphone which includes Lava Z60, Lava Z70, Lava Z80, and Lava Z90. This smartphone was launched last year in October.
Gaurav Nigam, Head-Product, Lava International said in a press statement, “Lava Z91 is an amalgamation of the latest technology and beautiful design, aimed at meeting all the needs of consumers. The face recognition feature, full-screen display, and exceptional good looks are the USPs of the device.”

The Lava Z91 sports a 5.7-inch full HD+ display which is bright and reproduces vivid colors. As Lava Z91 has full view display with 18:9 aspect ratio, so one can enjoy by watching videos or playing hardcore games.
Under the hood, Lava Z91 smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MTK6739 processor which is coupled with 3GB of RAM. The handset ensures smooth and flawless performance that means you can work on multiple apps or play high graphics without facing any kind of lag.
The Lava Z91 packs a non-removable Li-Ion 3,000mAh battery. The company claims, in a single charge, the device can last throughout the day under normal usage. Moreover, it has 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.
Moving towards the Camera, it has a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera which will help you to click better selfies. The rear camera is equipped with LED flash, so you can click images even in dark condition.
Moreover, Lava Z91 comes with a two-year warranty and it also includes cashback offers worth Rs. 2,000 which is provided by telecom service provider Bharti Airtel.
