Calcium Rich Foods
Calcium is very important in the body’s nutrients. We need to focus on calcium in the food we eat.
Calcium content is not only high in milk but also in other foods. Our body requires vitamin D to absorb calcium content. Therefore, we eat foods rich in vitamin D that increase calcium in the body.
Almonds

Green Leafy Vegetables

Salmon Fish
All seafood contains calcium oxalate. Salmon fish contains omega-3, fatty acids and the fish absorbs the mineral nutrients from the ocean water, it should be eaten with the bones. Even though it is low in calcium, all other nutrients can be obtained.
Cheese
Cheese is one of the best milk products and also best for women health. Because the cheese is rich in calcium. 100gm of cheddar cheese contains 721mg of calcium.
Orange
We all know that orange helps to increase our immune system. Orange fruit is rich in calcium and Vitamin C. An orange fruit contains 60 mg calcium content. The orange which is rich in Vitamin D increase calcium content in our body.
Chia Seeds
Calcium in chia seeds which helps to maintain the bone health and bone strength. Chia seeds help to clean up the body and increase the number of red blood cells. You can take chia seeds in our diet along with eggs and cold drinks.
White and Black Chickpea
1/2 cup white chickpea has 100 mg of calcium.
Generally, calcium deficiency is more common in women than males. Because menstruation occurs every month, most calcium is excreted from the body. More calcium is also lost during pregnancy. So women have to more cautious and eat more calcium-rich foods.
