LG Electronics made televisions, tablets, home appliances and mobiles. While coming to mobiles, it launched its first Android smartphone in 2009. Then Tablet in the year 2011. The LG V30+ smartphone was launched in the month of August 2017. The mobile comes with a 6.00-inch touchscreen display. The resolution is of 1440 pixels by 2880 pixels. The mobile accepts dual sim cards i.e. Nano-SIM. Its price starts from ₹44,990 in India. Whereas the company is known for its flagship G series smartphones. Design:
LG started introducing two flagships smartphones in a year as like Samsung. Last year first it launched G6 and the second one is the V30+ consists of 128 GB onboard storage and 4 GB RAM. LG V30+ is having Full Vision with 18:9 aspect ratio and 6-inch QHD+ display. The resolution is 2880 x 1440 pixels requires much space. It consists of thin bezels at the end and the sides of the phone as it allows the screen take centre-stage. Moreover, it looks like Google Pixel 2 XL with its rounded corners. The screen will be the common factor between both the devices which are developed by LG, i.e. QHD+ and P-OLED. The V30+ served up a brighter screen than Google Pixel 2 XL because there are options for tweaking the colour tones.
Camera:
The mobile is having dual-camera system with 16 MP + 13 MP sensor with flashlight that takes pictures and gives result more than you expect. An advanced features in a camera are standard and wide-angle lens that helps in capturing landscape pictures. The pictures comes with bright and neat colors as visible through rear camera. Once if you place your mobile on any flat surface it won’t look wobbly because camera bump isn’t too big. The fingerprint scanner is embedded into the power button that lies below the camera module. The advantage of this mobile is IP68 certification for dust and water resistance as well the device light form factor was pretty impressive for a flagship mobile.
Storage and Battery:
The default storage is enough for saving pictures, videos and overall memories. By using a Micro SD card, you can expand the internal memory up to 2 TB. On concord, that takes the second SIM space . The LG V30 battery of 3,300mAh fuels the mobile which is supported by wireless charging as well as QuickCharge 3.0 technology. The battery back-up is quite simple as it lasted more than a day on urgency. For instance, if you watch a 60-minute movie file in 1080p, it only drops down to 87% after completion. In our daily life, the mobile lasts easily for 12-13 hours. While you’re charging your device it initiates from 0% to 30% in 15 minutes, goes up to 67% after a half an hour, and finally reaches to 100% under two hours.
Performance:
You have to be thankful to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset as it responds and performs more than enough. The mobile won’t get heated up when you continuously perform more than one tasks. For instance, you can play games by listening to music at the same time. The device is having single bottom firing speaker on the V30+ and it is loud enough. Sometimes you may not hear the ringtone, you may miss the important calls. But, that doesn’t happen this time with V30+.

The blue tint associated with P-OLED Screens which are written while reviewing the Google Pixel 2 XL is also visible. In V30+, the camera app contains the default modes just like match shot, grid shot, guide shot, snap shot weren’t mostly used. The picture quality is not much good as other devices like Pixel 2 XL or Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The device consists of shortcut bar in the camera app that lets you add pictures to social media posts directly which isn’t useful much. The 5 MP wide-angle front shooter lets-down especially for selfie addicts.
Conclusion:
LG takes a big leap while coming to the design language and overall performance. The device consists few cautions such as slightly underwhelming camera and the screen tint issue. On concord, the price point of V30+ is user-friendly.
