What we have left to the next generation? We made land with an inflow of toxic, chemical rich foods, air pollution, dry lakes and rivers.
Do you know now what we are doing every day actually? By providing Potato chips, finger chips, pizza, chicken roll we have changed generation food habits completely. We try to push them into diseases on their childhood. This is absolutely true.

Fried and packed foods from shops contains chemicals to stop food decaying and selling all the way. Have you ever thought that this food will damage your kid’s organs? If you feel like they are eating poison when they consume little bit of those persevered food and you would not buy anymore.

In olden days, to clean stomach they use weekly once castor oil and they intake vegetables and fruits which is cultivated without any pesticide, snacks prepared at home. As a result, still 70 aged old people are healthy and brisk. Always provide healthy snacks to your children. After their stomach is full they wont get attracted by shop selling snacks. Try to  give healthy snack not junk foods.

As we said earlier fried snacks, chips varieties, cool drinks with carbonate will always damage your organs.  You can prepare winding recipe with pure oil monthly once and put it in a container. You can feed this to your kids as daily evening snacks. Weekly once you prepare patties with plantain and gourds.

Sweets:

You can feed cake prepared with wheat flour and egg. Child will never say no for Burphi, Peanut Pellet and Pellet trap. You no need to prepare on daily basis but you do it every 15 days.

Grains: Prepare dishes with protein rich peas and chickpeas will make your child life healthier. Give boiled corn which will stimulate brain growth.

Vegetables: Prepare salad with carrots and vegetables which will increase fiber on body and don’t increase fat. It makes your heart stronger.

Make a habit to your child to consume more fruits. Fruits have more anti oxidants will increase more immunity. Kids are like clay soil; whatever you mold they will come in that shape. Being strict with kids is not wrong. Give healthy food and it will make your kid life healthy.
