Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Kumar Jain has posted a Twitter post on this new feature release. This new MI Service Order Status feature allows users to know online about the repair and recovery of their phone.
There are 5 levels of repair status – inspection, work in progress, ready for delivery, delivered, and canceled. This program will be very helpful to customers who need to call the service manager at the service station to find out the status of their repairs.

In the first step, enter your contact number or service number or order number or IMEI number or SN on the official website for the service order status. After entering the number, click on the confirmation button and get the OTP number for your registered mobile number. Enter OTP number in the box provided and tap the submit button.
