Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series 13-inch Convertible
There is no doubt that the new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is lightweight and will deliver most of your work with high performance. It has a dense metal structure and the Dell call it Era Grey. It has the thick edges around the lid and the trackpad. But if it hits somewhere, there is more possibility to get damaged.
Design
You can flip the laptop screen fully backward and also use this laptop as a tablet. The keyboard does not work in tablet mode and turns out to be overweight (1.45 kg). So you can use only by sitting in a place or lean on as a laptop.
As like regular 2-in-1 devices, power and sound control buttons are not visible on the side. It is only available on the keyboard. Unfortunately, these buttons are unlikely to be tapped when it changes to a tablet. Stereo speakers are placed at the bottom, but it sounds heavy.
Webcam
The Dell claims that this laptop has a narrow screen edge, and the top spot has a webcam and an infrared sensor that help to find the face. Below the dell logo is shining. Since the screen and its surrounding frame are highly reflective, each screen fingerprints are clearly visible when the screen brightens. This makes the video more awkward to watch or work.
Although the keyboard is slightly smaller, the gap between the keys is more. Since the inside of the tablet will get out of the interior, it’s harder to type with the hands down on a slightly harder bottom.
Specifications and Software
Two versions of this device have been sold in India. The first 8th generation is the Intel Core i7-8550 processor, 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. Next up, the Core i5-8250 is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256 GB SSD. Both are equipped with a 13.3-inch full HD touchscreen, 38 WHR battery, and an infrared camera.

Performance
As for the function of this device, the start and the operating system are great. While managing media files, streaming videos and browsing based tasks, no restrictions were made. Though the color of the screen is a bit blurred, photos and videos make a great presentation. There is no problem in viewing angles. The noise from the speakers is absorbed, and the more acoustic feel is scattered. The Windows hello face detects faster.
As for the tablet, you can not get that much better performance. In Portrait mode 16: 9, the screen does not fit exactly. When the fan is running fast, you can hear the sound of the round rolling at the rear.
Conclusion
The Inspiron 13 7000 is the 2-in-1 laptop at a higher price. The high-quality model we have tested is the Core i5 is priced at Rs 96,190. For this price, Dell’s Inspiron 13 and XPS 13 model laptops are available are best in performance. But if you want to buy a 2-in-1, rather than a regular laptop, you can buy this.
