Milk cake – 7-8 pieces
Mint pistachios – 1/2 cup
Clear melted butter – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Water – 2 cups
Rose water – 5-6 tablespoon


  • First, take the baking tray
  • Take the filo sheets
  • Now spread the filo sheet on the baking tray.
  • Now you have to brush the butter on the filo sheet.
  • Take a big bowl and crumble the milk cake on it.
  • Add the pistachio in it and mix it well.
  • Now let’s take a small part of the mixture in the bowl and spread it on the baking tray.
  • Again, put a filo sheet on top of it and brush it with the butter. Then take the milk cake and pistachio mixture from the bowl and spread it as another layer. Now take another filo sheet and brush it again with butter.
  • You should create up to 10 filo sheet layers.
  • When you put the tenth filo seat, press the pastry to make it equal.
  • Now take the butter and spread it in the last filo sheet.
