Preparation of Mango Ice Tea

  1. Remove the skin of the mango and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the mango pulpy juice and put it in the fridge for two hours.
  3. Heat little amount of water.
  4. Now add the black Tea powder to warm water. Mix well.
  5. Then filter the tea and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Preparation of Hot Mango Tea

  1. Add mango leaves in hot water
  2. Boil for 8-10 minutes
  3. Filter the tea
  4. Mix a spoon of honey or unrefined sugar
