Chocolate Tea Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1 star anise
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 4 regular-size black tea bags
  • 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns


Take a large saucepan.

Take 2 cups of water.

Boil the water in large saucepan over medium flame.

Add the chopped dark chocolate ounces in the water and stir it until chocolate is melted.

Add tea bags.

Reduce heat to low flame.

Simmer it to 10 minutes.

Take a strainer and pour mixture through it in a heatproof pitcher. So that you won’t get solids.

Serve warm

You can add cherries, almonds and dry fruits to this with chilled ice.
