However, it does not hurt to try CBD for your fibromyalgia. There are few side-effects, which can be further minimized if you start at very low doses.

For fibromyalgia, you should start at 2.5 mg of CBD each day, slowly increasing it up until you can manage the pain. Some patients can go as high as 200 milligrams of CBD per day.

  3. The THC concentration

For instance, if you weigh around 70 kilos, you can take 12 milligrams of oral CBD for mild pain. You can ramp it up to 22 milligrams for severe symptoms. For heavier patients, over 100 kilos or so, they can increase the dose from a low of 18 milligrams to 45 milligrams. You can take it orally twice a day or microdose throughout the day. It all depends on how your body responds to the product.
