Step 1: Firstly, connect an external hard disk or Time Capsule with a USB, FireWire or Thunderbolt cable and then click the Apple icon at the upper left corner of the screen.

Select System Preferences in the drop-down menu

Step 3: Select the disk you want to use by tapping on Select Backup Disk

Step 1: Launch Safari on your Mac and head over to https://beta.applebetas.co/. Then download macOS High Sierra beta on your desktop.

Step 2: Double-click on it to open the disk image after you have downloaded the beta profile. Double-tap again to get started with the process of installing it.

Step 3: Tap on Continue and Agree to Terms and Conditions.

Step 4: Tap on Install. Next, you have to follow the instructions to install the beta.

Your computer will reboot now.

You will see High Sierra on the screen when it restarts. Tap on Continue and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

Step 5: Click on Get Started.
