There are millions of Facebook and Google users who have a number of memories that they think are more worth than anything else. They wish to have an offline copy of these priceless memories stored with them. Suppose that you are planning to delete your profile. This will include your messages, chats, conversations, and information from the about section of your profile. Follow the below steps to get them downloaded.

Step 1: Log into your Facebook account

Step 2: On the top-right blue colored menu bar, click on the down-arrow and select “Settings” from the drop-down

Step 3: You will see a General Account Settings page. Tap on “Download a copy” that will appear in small font at the bottom.

Step 4: Then Click on “Start my Archive”.

Step 5: Again tap on “Start my Archive” from the pop-up, it will ask for your Facebook password. Enter your password and click on “Submit”

Step 6: Facebook will send an email to your email account which you have linked to the Facebook account. This email will have a link to a zip file. Download this file and view all your data offline. As the data is in HTML format, you can open in any browser.

Google Profile:

Google is a common and most used website by everyone. Every user has a Gmail account. Google has a tool called Takeout which lets you download all your Gmail account data. Google supports 17 products like Gmail, YouTube, Hangouts, Maps, Drive, And many. Follow the below steps to download your Google profile.

Step 1: Go to Google Takeover and click on “Create an Archive”

Step 2: This will open a page where you can select the services from which you want to download your data. By default, all services are selected, so uncheck what you don’t want. You can also select formats in which you want your data by clicking the Edit button next to each service. For instance, you can select whether you want contacts in vCard or HTML format.

Step 3: Once you are done with the selection, click the red Create Archive button at the top.

Step 4: Now Google will start creating an archive of your data and will email you when it is ready. This may take a lot of time. When it’s done, your data will be available in a zip file.

This way you can download all the data in your Facebook or Google profile. This won’t be a difficult one to get this done.
